The person carrying out eye tests prior to me seeing the Optrometist was very good. She was polite, courteous & helpful. The optometrist was excellent, told me what results showed & what his recommendations were. He also explained the meaning of the problems I had been having with my eyes. I also got good advice from assistant when choosing another pair of glasses. Very pleased overall.

This was an appointment for my 8 year old son. The Optician was fabulous with him - answering questions and asking lots about him too! Thank you for making it such a great experience - sorry I didn't catch her name!

Opticians were great and very experienced and helpful but I found the Hearing specialist very intimidating as she wasn't very clear with her explanation of what I was to do - I felt she was very patronising therefore I will not be returning and I won't be recommending ..however I will recommend the opticians as they were all excellent in customer care Regards Debbie Todd
